Might've mentioned it before, but I wrote a script in a day (that came to about sixty pages) that I've been refining ever since.
it's set on a council estate and was written after I saw La Haine (and refined after I saw Irreversible)
It's not a blatant rip-off (it's not actually a rip-off, it's 'INSPIRED') and I'm thinking of making it as a show-reel.
What I want to know is, do these movies still have a place? Obviously boundaries were broken when the aforementioned came out, so people wouldn't be hugely surprised if there was another. But as there hasn't been a spurt of tese kinds of (exploitation?) films (like the Tarantino and Lock Stock booms of the 90's) I was wondering if I could get away with it.
It'd be a pretty expensive showreel, and not something I would make for a few years, but-Is it worth doing? And does anyone want to read the script?

Then you can. Leave your e-mail address and I'll send a copy over on an attachment.
You're a composer right? Doubt you'll have Final Draft 6 then?
I'll have to paste it onto word and try and format it there.

I'll copy and paste into word, send that as an attachment, then you can paste it into Final Draft.
It should convert to be.
But if BILLy is a scene heading and there's dialogue underneath it, you're clever enough to know that it's supposed to be a character name.
I'll get it to you by next week-Got to revise now and am going to Isle Of Wight Festival over the weekend.

just save as a .txt with layout. Makes the file nice and tidy too. Can't you upload it somewhere?
